  • It’s a short period of invigorating and nourishing movement. Incorporating regular and frequent movement snacks into a desk bound work day, coupled with hydration, is the most effective strategy for mitigating the ill-effects of occupations posture.

  • 1 - 2 per workday: significantly better than none at all and great place to start, for habit building

    3 - 4 per workday: optimal. You’ll start feeling benefits in no time
