Our backstory:
Eric and Phil met as employees at a San Francisco tech start-up. Eric was the foundational mobile app engineer and engineering manager. Phil was the wellness director, responsible for inspiring and educating the 500~ employees on all things health, fitness and wellness.
Regular and frequent movement snacks (paired with hydration) are the highest value ways to mitigate the negative effects of prolonged desk work. Phil used to lead the remote workforce through live movement snacks everyday. When the company unexpectedly closed down Eric and Phil began working on the Wellforce mobile app as a means to bring movement snacks to the wider audience.
